We strive to fulfill your order within 2-5 business days and delivery can be expected within 60 days.

Please note, shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products. Go to the Product Catalog and select an item for more precise fulfillment and delivery times.
Returns
Thank you for your purchase. Here at Broccolis E-Shop by Tessa , we strive to do our best to keep our customers as happy as possible, no matter what the situation.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Due to our products being printed on demand, we will not accept returns for a change of mind or incorrect item/s being received due to customer fault. However, if something has gone wrong with order or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
To return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
at info@mangioarte.nl ,full details of your issue and attached photos (if applicable) and we will happily advise on how best to move toward a resolution.
Your deadline is met if you hand the goods to the carrier or return them as instructed before the 14-day period expires. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or until you provide evidence of returning them, whichever occurs first.
Returns may take up to 28 days to be processed. However, we strive to process your request as quickly as possible.

Please note: All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with the original tags and labels attached
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Notification for EU consumers:
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore Broccolis E-Shop by Tessa reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
